  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns for sale or discounted items are accepted unless otherwise specified.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items
